Alienware touchpad not working.

Alienware touchpad not working I've tried to restart Windows w/o success. fyi it was working just a week ago but now i have to connect a mouse to use laptop. When I touch my touchpad the touchpad base will normally illuminate. I hit the key and noticed that the touchpad became disabled. Not sure how the touchpad was disabled of if this will happen again but for now it is working, so thanks to Anthony above.
